Your goal today is to create a definition for the term runoff. We discussed the characteristics of a good definition. Remember to check the rubric that is below to make sure you have all of the parts in your definition.

1. Watch the Runoff video in United Streaming. Go to United Streaming and login. Complete the Precipitation Assignment.

2. Visit the following websites and continue researching precipitation.

USGS

3. Go to OpenOffice Writer

4. Type your definition for runoff(Purdue Owl definition)

5. Save your definition as your name_runoff (Example: caroline_runoff)

6.Go to the Projects link on the top left side of the page.

7.Make sure you click on WaterCycle- Your Name

8. Upload your definition
